Our Refund Policy

At nexadigitalprime.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your digital product purchases. However, due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is more restrictive than for physical goods.

General Refund Policy

Digital Products: Due to the instant delivery and downloadable nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Defective Products: If your digital product is defective, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded, we will provide a replacement copy or issue a refund.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to your purchase, contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.

Refund Request Process

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at Services@nexadigitalprime.com

Provide your order number and describe the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 business days

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Important Note About Transaction Fees

Please be aware that when a refund is issued, the payment processing fees are not refundable. This includes:

Payment Processing Fees: Card network fees and other processing costs

Example: If you purchase a $100 product and request a refund:

You will receive: $94.50 back

Transaction fees retained: $5.50 (5% + $0.50)

Our net loss: $5.50

This policy exists because payment processors charge fees for processing transactions regardless of the final outcome. These fees cover payment processing, fraud detection, tax calculation, and platform infrastructure.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after download, purchasing the wrong product by mistake, not reading the product description thoroughly, incompatibility with your system (when specifications were clearly stated), and loss of download link (we can resend this at no cost).

Refund Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

Product is significantly different from description, product is non-functional despite technical support, or duplicate purchase (same product bought twice).
